Adam Burton, DO

Dr. Adam Burton received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Grand Valley State University in 2009, his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences of the Pacific in 2017. Dr. Burton completed his Traditional Rotating Internship at St. Lucie Medical Center, Palm Beach Consortium for Medical Education in 2018. In 2021, he completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare. Dr. Burton is also trained in EMG/NCS, Botulinum Toxin injections, and joint and soft-tissue injections, and the Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Predoctoral Teaching Fellowship. His interests include non-surgical pain management, musculoskeletal, sports injuries, joint and soft tissue injections including Prolotherapy, spasticity management, and osteopathic manipulative medicine.

Dr. Burton chose his career to provide a much needed service to a population who could greatly benefit from his perspective and expertise. He loves the ability, every day, to have a direct and immediate positive impact on a person's quality of life. His advice to his patients is to practice gratitude every day for each blessing in their life.

Dr. Burton came to Denver in 2021 for the city, the weather, and the great outdoors, where he lives with his partner and two cats. Prior to that he moved across the country four times over the course of his medical training. Each time was an adventure and some of the best years of his life. In his free time he enjoys calisthenics, weight lifting, backcountry hiking, live music, and movies.
