Thomas Sweder, MD

Thomas Sweder grew up in the Detroit area. Dr. Sweder earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics with life sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in music from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his Family Medicine residency at Cook County Hospital.

Dr Sweder is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Hospital Medicine and has wide experience in both private and public health settings. He previously served as the Director of the Family Medicine Residency inpatient service at Stroger Hospital of Cook County. He relocated from Chicago to Colorado in 2022 and in his free time enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, archery and the history of ancient Greece.
