Practice Manager
Ashley VanNote is an LPN with 10 years nursing experience. She worked two years at Centura Health as a Medical Surgical Nurse, six years in Correctional Nursing, and three years in post-acute care with case management and administrative positions. She is IV certified and developed an innovative Transitional Care program in post-acute settings.
Ashley is goal-oriented with a strong desire to continue to grow and expand her healthcare knowledge. Her dream has always been to become a nurse and to have a positive impact on the fragile patient population, offering compassion for the elderly and the sick.
Ashley is a Colorado native and currently resides in Littleton with her fiance and their blended family of four kids and one dog. When not working, she enjoys summers on the lake with her family, outdoors, and fitness.
